How To Print Annual Giving Statements
The fifth tab of your Statements Panel is the Print Statements Tab. Should you desire to print a physical copy of your Givers' statements (to either mail them or deliver them in person), this is the tab you'll want to go to!

To find the Print Statements tab:
1. Make your way to the Giving app and have clicked on Statements.
2. Next, click to setup the statements for a specific year. This will either look like Setup or Continue Setup.
3. Then click on Print Statements.
Choose type of Givers
Before reviewing and selecting which Givers you want to generate statements for, you have the option to select every Giver, or only those who have given offline gifts.
To make it easier for you to only print statements for people who have given cash/check donations (whereas you plan on making statements available via everyone else's personal Nucleus account), you have the option to instantly filter these Givers.
Review & select Givers
Here, you can view all the Givers whose statements you can download and print. By default, all Givers will be selected to make it easy to generate statements for everyone. To deselect a Giver so you don't generate a statement for them, click the toggle switch off.
Generate Statements
Once you have all the Givers in the list that you wish to download statements for, click the Generate Statements button. At this point, all the selected statements will begin to download as PDFs, allowing you to print them at a later time.
Alternatively, there is a second Generate Statements button at the bottom of all the Givers!
If you choose to make your Givers' statements available via a physical copy (and whether you'll mail them or let givers pick them up in person), we recommend including this information in the email you send to your Givers when notifying them that their statements are available. You can adjust the email you send to your Givers in the 'Notify Givers Tab'.
What about those empty fields?
Nucleus Giving places the responsibility on the Giver to provide their personal profile details. If they haven't taken the time to login to their personal Nucleus account and add their name, phone number, or address, etc. that information will not appear in this master list - even if you have edited their profile within the Nucleus Dashboard.
Should you make a Giver's annual giving statement available in their personal Nucleus account, they will need to provide those required details before gaining access to their statement.
