Why Are My Downloaded Reports Showing The Wrong Times?
If you don't specify which timezone your church is in, all downloaded reports will present information in UTC+0:00 time (Greenwich Mean Time). To ensure that the correct times/dates are showing, you'll need to adjust the timezone in your Dashboard.
Set your timezone
Because the timezone affects more than just Nucleus Giving records, you can change your timezone in your overall Church Settings.
Note:
- Depending on what permissions you have in your Dashboard, you may not have access to the Church Settings app. If that's the case, reach out to your account owner or someone else who has access to your Church Settings to make these changes for you.
1. Go to your Church Settings and click on Localization.
2. Next, search for your specific timezone in terms of eastern, pacific, mountain, central, etc.
3. Once you've selected the appropriate timezone, click the Save Changes button.
