Request a Refund
Should you find yourself in a situation where you need to request a refund for a donation you made (perhaps you forgot to deactivate a scheduled gift, or entered an incorrect amount), reach out to your church's financial admin team and they'll be able to initiate the refund for you.
Keep in mind...
- The Nucleus Giving Customer Success Team does not have the power to initiate refunds for you; you must contact your church's financial admin team directly.
Contact your church
To find your church's contact information, while accessing My Giving, click on the Churches Tab.
There, you'll see all the churches/organizations you've given to. You can either give again to that church, or click contact to see the different ways you can get ahold of them to request a refund.
