How To Remove An Admin

Instead of removing an admin's permission levels individually for each product, you can easily revoke an admin's access to your entire Nucleus 2 account. Here's how to do it:

1. In your Church Settings app, click on Admins. (You should be there by default when you initially go to your Church Settings.)


2. Click the arrow beside the Edit Access button.


3. Select Revoke Access. You will need to confirm your decision.

Now this admin will no longer have any access to your Nucleus 2 account.


Note:
  • The admin will still appear in the list of administrators as a greyed out line item. This is to allow you easily re-enable their access should you need to do this.
