Manage A Person's Access To The Prayer Wall

Once you've reviewed someone's request to access your church's Prayer Wall, they will appear in your Access Manager.

To view these reviewed people:

1. Go to your Prayer app and select Prayer Hub. Click here for a quick link.

2. Then, select Access Manager.

There are many tabs in the Access Manager. The first tab is People. This is where you want to be.

The first list you will see are people you have manually approved to gain access to the Prayer Wall. (These are people you didn't add a specific Connection Type to their profile, but you manually approved their access to only the Prayer Wall.)

To view other lists of people - those you added a Connection Type to, ignored, or blocked - click the View other lists button to reveal a dropdown menu, and select the list of people you wish to see.

In each list, you can change a person's access status by clicking the arrow beside View, and from the dropdown menu, select the correct status for that person.

They will now appear in their appropriate list.

While viewing a list, you can view someone's request by clicking the View button.

Here, you can also adjust someone's request status to access the Prayer Wall.

You can also view the person's entire profile by clicking the View Person button.
