Customize Your "Thank You" Message (Access Manager)
Once someone has requested access to your church's Prayer Wall, they will be met with a "Thank You" message directly in the Launcher. This is a great opportunity to thank them for their interest in praying for people and to set up expectations on when they can expect a decision.
By default, the title will say, Got it!
And by default, the Thank You message will say, "We try to review and approve these requests at least a couple times a week. Please note, we only approve requests from those in our church family, as this is a private prayer tool for us to share openly with one another."
Let's take a look at where you can customize this message for your specific context.
Customize your "Thank You" message
1. Go to your Prayer app and select Prayer Hub. Click here for a quick link.
2. Then, select Access Manager.
3. Next, click on the Thank You Page tab.
4. Here, you can edit the title (up to 40 characters long), as well as the "Thank You" message.
Note:
- While there isn't a character limit for the actual message, it's best practice to keep this short and simple, as you can enable a follow-up email where you can send more information in greater detail. To learn how to enable a follow-up email, click here.
5. Once you're happy with your changes, click the Save Changes button.
