Payments - Reconciling Deposits (US Only)

Our processor batch deposits any available funds daily around 8:45pm EST. Here at Nucleus, we call these batch deposits Transfers. 

You can find your Transfer information (US churches only) by visiting your Church Settings, then choose the Financial Account tab, and select Transfers.

Then match the Transfer amount with the deposit you're seeing in your church's bank account. 

To see the individual transactions within that batch deposit, click the small drop down arrow beside the Transfer and choose View. 

Note: Transfers will include both payments and donations that your church has received.
