Nucleus Flows: Ask a Follow-up Question (More Conditional Logic)

For any Multiple Choice Step, after you add your options, you'll notice there's an "Edit" button on each option. Click into that, and you'll see the option to ask an open-ended question so you can collect whatever other information you need.

This functionality can be added to some, all, or none of the multiple choice options you add. It's completely up to you! Not every multiple choice or step needs this, but when you do need to ask a follow-up question, it's super easy to do that, and make it specific to what the person chose. This even works if you've allowed people to select more than one multiple choice item, included quantities, or anything else.

In the Flow you add this to, people will see when they are asked the follow-up question(s) you setup, a little label at the top of the follow-up question step, that tells them "Because you chose: Option Name" so even if they choose multiple items that have follow-up questions, they know exactly what the context is or why they are seeing this additional question.
