Here at Nucleus, we love the churches we work with and want to ensure you have the resources you need to succeed. Of course we have this Help Center, as well as video tutorials on our YouTube channel.


Help & Resources

Sometimes it's helpful to talk to a human. So we offer personal one-on-one support during the hours of 9am to 5pm EST.

We Can Be Reached Easily:

  • From the ask a question link at the bottom left of every page of your Nucleus dashboard.

  • To the Help & Resources button on almost every page in Nucleus. (top right)

Note: Within our standard support hours (see above), you can typically expect to receive a reply from one of us within a couple hours - oftentimes faster.


Are You Reading This Over The Weekend?

Don't panic! We offer emergency support! We know churches have needs over the weekend (particularly for your services), so our team is here for you! If you have an emergency, we review all support requests at regular intervals over the weekend so we can make sure we deal with any showstoppers for your services.

The best way to reach us outside of our regular hours is to simply send an email about your emergency to:

emergencies@nucleus.church

(Feel free to copy and paste that exactly to make sure you get it right 😉)

If you send us an email there, please ensure you include the following information:

  • Name of your church
  • Website URL
  • Description of the problem
  • Any screenshots or other details that would help provide context
  • Best way to reach you (if not by email)

Once you've sent the email, our on-call team member will do their best to respond quickly 😎
