View Your Results (Submissions, People, Transactions)
Once your Flows are accessible on the internet, people can start filling them out and submitting their information to you. These submissions are then sent to your Nucleus Dashboard where you can easily keep track of the data associated with each submission:
- The actual submission information itself
- The person record associated with each submission
- Any transaction data that is linked with each submission
Below is a quick overview to help you get started on the right foot with keeping track of the results of each Flow you create, with more in-depth guides to follow.
To get started, click the Nucleus logo in the top left corner and click Flows. Click here for a quick link.
In this guide, we'll cover the following topics. Click on anyone to jump ahead.
All Submissions, Transactions & People Records
All Submissions
As soon as you receive any submission through Flows, you can view a list of all of the submissions received across all your Flows by clicking on Submissions in the main menu of Flows.
Note: Any new submissions will be represented by a notification number in the main menu by Submissions.
Here, you can quickly view each submission at a glance, with the most recent showing at the top of the table.
If you're looking for a specific submission you can use the search bar to look it up!
Or use the Filters and Date Range to see a specific selection of submissions.
On the actual submission, you can switch between Mark as Done and Mark as New to help you keep track of which submissions have been attended to.
Additionally, you can click the down arrow on a submission and choose to View, Mark as Done/New, Archive, or Delete it.
If you have Archived a submission, you can still view all your archived submissions by clicking, Show Archived at the top of the page.
To unarchive a submission, while viewing Archived submissions, simple click the drop down arrow beside the submission and hit, Restore.
To view the details of a Submission, simply click on a submission!
You'll be able to see who filled out the Flow, and go to their Person profile if they have one created. You'll also see a quick link to the Flow itself, and you can view all the information the person filled out for that Flow!
Click Actions in the top right to Print, Archive or Delete the Submission!

All Transactions
If you have an active subscription with Nucleus Giving, you can add a Payment Step to any Flow. When you do, and there is a transaction associated with a Flow (paid via credit card or ACH), that information will show up in the Transactions Panel in Flows.
Note: If you're familiar with the Transactions Panel in Nucleus Giving, it's near identical to the Transactions Panel here.
All transactions for all your Flows will show up here. You can use the search bar, Filters, and Date Range to find a specific transaction. You can also click on Columns to view more/less data in the table below.
If you need to download a report of all the transactions taken through Flows (or a specific group of transactions based on the filters you've enabled), you can easily do that by clicking Download.
If you want to view the details of a transaction, simply click on a transaction!

All People
Any Flow that has the Smart Contact step added to it (and doesn't have Guest Mode enabled) will automatically generate a person record for each person who fills out that Flow. These person records will populate your People Panel. To view all your people records (i.e. to view anyone who has submitted at least one Flow to your church), click People in the main menu of Flows.
Note: This list will not showcase people records that have links to Nucleus Giving or Nucleus Prayer, but have never submitted a Flow. This list will only showcase people records for people who have specifically submitted a Flow.
Just like in the earlier sections you can use the Search Bar, Filters, and Date Range to find a specific person. You can also click on Columns to view more/less data in the table below.
If you need to download a list of all people associated with a Flow submission (or a specific group of people based on the filters you've enabled), you can easily do that by clicking Download.
If you want to view details about a Person, simply click on one of the people listed to view details about their record, from profile data to any submissions they've sent in via Flows.

Specific Results Per Flow
While seeing all your submissions, transactions, and people records together can be helpful, it's also beneficial to be able to see results from a specific Flow.
To do this, click All Flows in the main menu. Then click Manage on the Flow you want to see the submission data for.
Next, click on Results in the left sidebar.
Note: If there are any new submissions, you'll see a notification number beside this.
While viewing your results, you'll see up to four categories: Submissions, Transactions, (if a Payment step was added to the Flow) People, and Counts.
Submissions
Clicking on Submissions, you can quickly view each submission at a glance, with the most recent showing at the top of the table..
You can use the search bar to look for a specific submission, or use the Filters and Date Range to see a specific selection of submissions.

Transactions
Clicking on Transactions will show you all of the transactions that have been submitted via this Flow.
Note: If you don't see Transactions listed at the top, then no payment step was added to this Flow.
You can use the search bar to look for a specific transaction or use the Filters and Date Range to see a specific selection of transactions.
On the actual transaction, you can click, View (the transaction details) or Resend Receipt.

People
If you want to view all the People who have filled out a Flow. Head to the results tab of the Flow, and click People.

You can also Download the list of People who have filled out the Flow.
Note: Anytime you download a data set from Nucleus, it will download the list based off when criteria you've set via the filter, dates and columns. If you've set no filters it will download all data in the list. In this case, all people would be downloaded.
If you want to view more info about a particular person, just click on their name! If you want more info on Nucleus' People app, click here.
Counts
Some Flow steps allow for counts to be held, like the Multiple Choice Flow Step. If you are viewing the Results of Flow that has no Multiple Choice Step added, then your Counts tab will look like this:
If you see this, then there is no need to come to this spot. But, if you do need to keep track of Counts for a Flow that has the Multiple Choice Flow step added, this screen will look like this:
On the left-hand side of the Results, you'll see all the fields of the Multiple Choice step. In this Flow, it's 2 people, 4 people, etc. On the right-hand side, you'll the counts of each of those options as well as a total count at the bottom.
If you think you're missing a count here, click, Check for new, at the top right of the screen.

What Next?
As you create more and more Flows, it can be helpful to have multiple admins help you manage all your submissions. And what's great is that you can add admins on a per-Flow basis to maintain privacy where it makes sense, and to ensure admins only have access to the information they should have access to.
