Church Admin vs. My Nucleus Account

Using one login, you can access two different accounts: your Church Admin account and your My Nucleus account. Let's explore the difference between the two.

My Nucleus Account

Anyone who completes a Flow will have the opportunity to create a personal Nucleus account. If at any point they input their email address in the Flow itself, once they submit their Flow, they will be provided with an opportunity to create a password. Once done, they can now login to their personal My Nucleus account, which they can access by visiting app.nucleus.church.

People can also create a My Nucleus account simply by going to app.nucleus.church without having to complete a Flow.

My Nucleus is an account where people can view their past Flow submissions as well as manage their profile details. A person's profile will be shared with any church they complete a Flow for.

Church Admin Account

A Church Admin account is an account where you have access to your church's Nucleus 2 Dashboard. Whatever your admin access permissions are will determine what you have permission to see and manage.

Anyone who has a My Nucleus account can be added as an admin to a Church Admin account. As described above, you can use the same login to access both the Church Admin and My Nucleus. You can add people to your list of admins by visiting your Administrators Settings.
