Sign Up Your Church
If you haven't yet created your church account, you're likely ready to pounce on that keyboard and start the process. (We understand. It's pretty exciting!) Now that you're fully informed with how login credentials and the various levels of access and permission you can have per login, you're fully prepared to sign up your church for Nucleus 😎
If you've already done this (i.e. If you got too eager to wait 😄), don't worry! Simply go back to the previous article so you can catch up and understand important constructs of how Nucleus operates.
If you've yet to create your church account but haven't read through the Create an account help guide, it's extremely important that you do this so you don't accidentally create more logins and accounts than necessary.
Note: In case we haven't made it clear, we highly recommend making sure you've reviewed the previous help article to ensure you don't try to create separate logins for your church account and then have to manage multiple login credentials. Click here to review that article.
Okay! Now that the serious stuff is out of the way, we can move onto more exciting things, like actually signing up your church for Nucleus 🥰
In this guide, we'll cover the following topics. Click on any one to jump ahead.
Create Your Username & Password
First, if you've already created a username & password, but haven't yet created an account for your church, you can click this link here instead.
Note: This only applies to a small group of people, so please continue reading before making any sudden moves 😉
An easy way to know you fall into this category is to login with your username & password (that you've already created!). When you login, if all you see is My Stuff and My Account, then you've created a personal My Nucleus account. Now it's time to create an account for your church, using the same login credentials to sign into both! (To learn more about how logins and accounts operate, click here.)
But if you've yet to create an account (i.e. You haven't created a username & password yet), click this link to get started. (This will apply to most people.)
Note: This will be your specific login that you are creating, not a generic login for multiple people to use. Nucleus 2 provides the ability for multiple logins with various admin permission levels. So be sure to use an email address that is specific to you. Click here to learn more.
Note: If you have an existing RebelGive account, great news: You already have an account! Simply click here and use the same login credentials that you use to login to RebelGive with. DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT.
Your username will be whatever email address is most convenient for you. (This will also be the email address our team will use to contact you should the need arise, so make sure it's one you actively use.)
Your password can be whatever you want as long as it's 8 characters long (though we recommend using various types of characters - uppercase, lowercase, and special). You should never be in a position to share your password with anyone (not even our customer success team!). Please, keep your password private 🙏
If you are logging in for your first time to the Nucleus platform (and aren't coming from RebelGive), you will have the option to sign up as a Church Admin or as a Congregant. To create an account for your church, select the Sign up my church option.

- Church website (if you don't have a website, put down a social media page instead 😎)
- Generic church contact email
- Approximate congregation size
- How you first heard about Nucleus
Don't worry, you can always edit this information later in your Church Settings.
