Submission Notifications
As people begin to complete Flows, you'll begin to receive submissions. Keeping track of those submissions might seem overwhelming, but thankfully Nucleus 2 has a good delivery system to notify you of every single time a new submission has arrived.
When you want to receive notifications for the submissions of a particular Flow, you'll need to manually subscribe to a Flow, which means two things:
1. You first need to be added/invited as an Admin to your church's Flows App.
2. You then need to manually subscribe to each individual Flow you wish to receive notifications for.
Let's take a look at how this works:
Ensure you are an Admin for Flows
1. Go to your overall Church Settings. Click here for a quick link.
Note:
- If you don't have access to this app, you'll need to contact the Account Owner or an Admin who does have permission to this app, and request that they give you permission to Nucleus Flows. Once they do, you can move onto the next section.
2. Next, click on Admins.
3. Find your name (or who you're looking to give access to Nucleus Flows) and click Edit Access.
4. Check to make sure Nucleus Flows is selected under Manage Permissions. If it's not, select it.
5. Now, scroll down to find Nucleus Flows. Click the dropdown menu and select the appropriate type of access.
6. Click the Save Changes button.
Manually subscribe for notifications to a Flow
1. Once you have access to Nucleus Flows, go to your Flows app and click to Manage a specific Flow.
2. Click on Settings in the left sidebar.
3. Here, you'll see all the Admins who have access to Nucleus Flows. Click the toggle switch to subscribe/unsubscribe whoever would like to receive email notifications for this specific Flow.
4. Click the Save Changes button.
5. Repeat this process for every Flow you wish to toggle on submission notifications for each Admin.
Note:
- Notification emails are just that: notifications for new submissions. To protect people's privacy and to prevent any sort of data mining, no information from any submission will be visible in the emails themselves. Instead, there will be a button that will take you to view the submission within the Nucleus 2 Dashboard.
