How To Download Transaction Reports
To download reports of all transactions that have occurred within a specific timeframe, the Transactions Panel in your Giving app is the place to be.
Here's an example of what that looks like.
How to customize your reports
All reports are downloaded as a .csv file, which can be opened with / uploaded to any spreadsheet program/platform. To ensure you're downloading exactly what you want, you'll want to toggle on/off certain options and customize how the information is presented. These options will be reflected directly within your Transactions Panel.
Columns
Clicking on Columns, you can select which columns you want to appear in your Transactions Panel.
Click the toggle switch on/off for what you want to see / don't want to see.
Additionally, you can rearrange the order in which the columns appear. Simply click the two lines on an item and drag it up/down to your desired order.
Once you're satisfied with your options, click Apply at the bottom.
The columns appear left to right in the same order they appear here top to bottom.
Notice that the Columns box is now highlighted. This helps remind you that you've customized the settings from the default setup.
To reset to the default column settings, click Columns again and click the Reset button. Don't forget to hit the Apply button again.
Filters
Clicking on Filters, you can limit which transactions you see.
Once you select items in the Filters, only transactions that match those filter settings will appear. You can filter for specific:
- Funds***
- Frequencies
- Payment Types
- Statuses (Including or Excluding Refunded Donations)
- Range of Dollar Amount
Once you're satisfied with your options, click Apply at the bottom.
Notice that the Filters box is now highlighted. This helps remind you that you've customized the settings from the default setup.
To reset to the default filter settings, click Filters again and click the Reset button. Don't forget to hit the Apply button again.

Dates
Clicking on Dates, you can select a specific date range you wish to see when transactions were given
Here, you can type the start month, day, year; and the end month, day, year. You can also select whether you want to focus on the dates when gifts were given, or the dates when gifts were deposited to your bank account.
Once you've entered your dates and selected which type of date to focus on, click Apply at the bottom.
Notice that the Dates box is now highlighted and states the date range you just selected. This helps remind you that you've customized the settings from the default setup (to see the most recent donations at the top.)
To reset to the default filter settings, click Dates again and click the Reset button. Don't forget to hit the Apply button again.
Download report
Once you have all the information presented exactly as you'd like, click Download.
If you've selected and/or rearranged specific columns, you might want to select Only include currently selected.
Otherwise, if you wish to include all available data for the transactions listed according to your Filters and Dates, select Include all report columns.
Then click the Download button.
Changing time zones
If you don't specify which time zone your church is in, all downloaded reports will present information in UTC+0:00 time (Greenwich Mean Time). To learn how to adjust your time zone, click here.
