Run Reports By Fund

While you can filter by funds in the Transactions Panel, you can easily run reports by funds by viewing the Funds Panel.

Let's take a look at where to view your funds.

View a specific fund

To start, make your way to your Funds Panel.

Go to your Giving app and click on Funds.

Here, you'll see all funds associated with your Giving app. Any funds that are faded are currently deactivated.

Click the view button on a specific fund to see all transactions and givers associated with that fund.


View transactions & download a report for a specific fund

Here, you'll see a transactions panel that only shows transactions for that specific fund. (If for some reason you don't, make sure Transactions is selected in the left sidebar. Otherwise, perhaps no transactions have been made yet to that specific fund.)

Just like you can with the main Transactions Panel, you can search for a specific transaction...

Click Filters to specify which transactions you wish to see...

Click Dates to specify a specific date range of gifts...

And click Columns to customize what information for each gift you wish to see. (For more information on how these options function, click here.)

Once you've adjusted all your settings the way you want, click Download to run a report for this specific fund.


View scheduled gifts for a specific fund

When you first click to view a specific fund, you'll be taken to all the transactions for that fund, but you can also view all scheduled gifts associated with a specific fund.

Simply click Schedules in the left sidebar.

Here, you can see all scheduled gifts for that fund.

Click Filters to adjust what you're seeing (such as frequency, status, and dollar amount).

To see the details of a specific scheduled gift, click the View button.


View people associated with a specific fund

To view all Givers associated with a specific fund, click People in the left sidebar.

Here, you'll be able to see a list of everyone that's ever given to this specific fund.

To see a specific Giver's details, click the View button.


Why can't I add or edit certain aspects of funds in the Giving app?

Because Nucleus offers two different apps to take in online funds - Nucleus Giving and Nucleus Payments - and all funds are deposited to the same bank account, funds are managed in the overall Church Settings app in the Financial Account panel. There, funds for both Nucleus Giving and Payments can be managed.

If you have access to the Church Settings app, you can click here to manage your Giving funds. Otherwise, if you need an adjustment made to a fund, you'll need to either request access to the Church Settings app from the Account Owner, or request that someone with permission to the Church Settings app make those adjustments for you.
