Receipt Look Up Tool Guide

If one of your congregation members ever gives without being logged into their account, that gift won't show up in their Transactions history. Also, it won't be attached to their account come tax season. This is no good, but we've got you covered.

Head over to app.nucleus.church/receipts. Here people can look up gifts, then claim them for themselves. We have a whole article that walks through the process here.

VERY IMPORTANT: As an admin DO NOT claim the gifts for people, as it'll attach it to your account, not theirs. You'll have to send them the walkthrough linked above, and they'll have to go through the process themselves.
