Change My Login Email & Password
If you've changed your primary email address that you use or if you need to update your password, you can easily take care of this in your personal Nucleus account. (In fact, it's always good practice to regularly update your passwords every so often as a standard internet safety precaution.)
To get started, login to your personal Nucleus account here: https://my.nucleus.church.

Update Your Login Email Address
Once logged into your personal Nucleus account, click My Account. Then in the top menu, click Account Access. Click here for a quick link.
Under Login Email, you can click the dropdown menu to display any email address that you've added to your profile contact information here. (For a quick guide on how to add multiple email addresses to your account, click here.)
Choose the new email address you wish to use to login to your account. Then click Change My Login.
Now you just need to remember the next time you login to your personal Nucleus account, you'll need to use that email address instead.
Change Your Password
To change your password for your personal Nucleus account is simple. While logged into your account, click My Account. Then in the top menu, click Account Access. Click here for a quick link.
Under Update Password, enter your current password in the first text field. Then enter what you want your new login password to be.
Note: We do not ask for you to enter the new password twice, so please be mindful of what you type and store the new password in a safe place.
Once that's done, click Change My Password.
Now you just need to remember the next time you login to your personal Nucleus account, you'll need to use your new password instead.
If you ever forget your password, you can always send yourself a password reset email. (You'll just need to make sure you're sending it to the email address that is also your login email address for your personal Nucleus account.)
Note: If, somehow, you've successfully logged into your account and want to change your password, but can't remember your current password, you'll need to log out of your account and then follow the guide linked below on how to reset your password.
