Add Or Move A Post To A Collection
Contrary to when managing Playlists, where you can simply add a Sermons to a Playlist, you only add a Post to a Collection when initially creating the Post or by moving it from a Collection that it already belongs to, to a different Collection. This is because a Post must belong to a Collection at the beginning of its creation, whereas sermons can be created and then added to Playlists down the road.
So let's learn the two ways a Post ends up belonging to a Collection.
To get started, go to your Posts Panel in Nucleus Posts. Click here for a quick link.
In this guide, we'll cover the following topics. Click on any one to jump ahead.
Create A New Post & Connect It to A Collection
Anytime you create a new Post, you are required to connect it to a Collection. This ensures the Post has someplace to live, and also ensures that when the Post is published, anyone subscribed to that Collection can be notified of the new Post.

Note: When creating a Post from your main Posts Panel here, you will have to select a Collection. However, if you choose to create a Post while managing a particular Collection, that Collection will already be selected (though you will have the option to change it in the setup wizard).
Move A Post To A Different Collection
It's possible that you might need to move a Post to a different Collection. (For instance, if you archive a Collection, but still want the Posts from that Collection available elsewhere, or if you accidentally add a Post to the wrong Collection.)
Anywhere you are viewing a list of Posts, you can click the down arrow on the far right of a Post, and click Move to Collection.

From there, choose a new Collection from the dropdown menu, click to confirm, and the Post will be moved to that Collection.

By default, the Post you just moved will appear at the bottom of the Posts in the new Collection. Feel free to move to the Post to a different order by clicking the two lines on the far left of the Post, dragging it up/down, and releasing it to your desired order.
