Invite Your Prayer Team To Help Manage Nucleus Prayer
After setting up your Prayer Hub and adding it to The Launcher, the next step is to invite the rest of your Prayer Team to help manage your Prayer Inbox and Prayer Hub. (At least, we certainly hope it’s not just you praying for your church 😳)

Invite & Grow Your Prayer Team

That being said, because it’s possible to have Private Inboxes, it’s important to discuss how to provide admin access to a particular Private Inbox.
To start, go to Nucleus Prayer. Then select Admins under the Manage dropdown menu. Click here for a quick link.
After sending the initial admin invite, select Edit Access to ensure they have the appropriate level of access for Nucleus Prayer.
There are three options available:
- General Access
- Private Inboxes
- Both
Select the one appropriate for each particular admin you’ve invited to manage Nucleus Prayer.
If you select Private Inboxes or Both, you’ll notice a section to specify which private inboxes that person can access.
Under Private Inbox Permissions, type to search for a particular Private Inbox or click the dropdown menu and select a Private Inbox.
Beside this, select either Assistant or View Only. (Assistant will grant them access to move a prayer request from the Private Inbox to the General Inbox or to archive the request. View Only grants them access to, well, just to only view the prayer requests in that Private Inbox 😅)
An admin can be granted access to multiple Private Inboxes. Click on + Add Another to add another Private Inbox.
Once that’s all taken care of, click Save Changes.
Set Up Email Notifications
If you or another admin is interested in receiving email notifications every time a new prayer request is sent through the PrayerFlow, you can easily do so as long as you already have access to Nucleus Prayer.
Under Manage in Nucleus Prayer, select PrayerFlow. Then choose Settings in the left sidebar. Click here for a quick link.
Then click the toggle on each admin who wishes to be notified for each new prayer request submitted through the PrayerFlow.
Don’t forget to save your changes!
Note: For privacy reasons, the email you receive will not show any personal details about any prayer request. Instead, the email will contain a button to log you into the Dashboard to view those details.
