Edit allowed Connection Types for the Prayer Wall
Once you understand how Connection Types interacts with and affects the Prayer Wall, you're ready to choose which Connection Types you want people to have in order to be allowed to view the Prayer Wall. To do this:
1. Go to your Prayer app and select Prayer Hub. Click here for a quick link.
2. In the left sidebar, click on Access Manager.
3. Then, click on Privacy Controls.
4. Here, you can select/deselect the appropriate Connection Types. Whichever ones are selected will be allowed, whereas whoever ones are deselected will be disallowed.
5. Once you've finished editing your allowed Connection Types, click the Save changes button.
6. Now, only those people with one of those specific Connection Types on their profile will be able to view the Prayer Wall.
Note:
- People cannot set or change their own connection type. This can only be set or changed on their profile by an authorized church admin.
What about people who don't have a profile in our Church Account?
It's possible that people want to view the Prayer Wall, but don't have a profile in your Church Account for an admin to change their Connection Type. (Connection Types on a profile must match the allowed Connection Types rule as set in the Prayer Hub Privacy Settings here.)
These people can go to your church's Prayer Wall in your Launcher and request access. These requests will land in the Needs Access section of your Prayer Hub where you can manually review whether you want to let them gain access to view the Prayer Wall.

How do people create accounts/profiles?
While people can create their own personal My Nucleus account on their own by going to https://my.nucleus.church, the only way that account will be associated with your Church Account is if they submit a Flow. Whether it's a custom Flow, a GivingFlow, or PrayerFlow, it doesn't matter; as long as they submit a Flow and ensure they add their email address, their profile will show up in your Church Account where an admin can edit their Connection Type.
