Manage All Your Posts
When you first start out with Nucleus Posts, you'll see several pre-created Posts to get you started off well, giving you a good vision of how you can use Posts for your church communications at large. But once you start creating your own Posts, you'll soon have several in your Posts Panel to manage.
Let's equip you with how to best manage all your Posts and how to navigate your Posts Panel.
To get started, click on Posts in the top menu in Nucleus Posts. Click here for a quick link.
In this guide, we'll cover the following topics. Click on any one to jump ahead.
View All Your Posts
Any time you navigate to Nucleus Posts, the first place you'll land is on your Posts Panel here. Here, you can also sort your Posts to better find what you're looking for by clicking one of four options:

- Post Date
- Post Name
- Collection
- Last Edited
- Last Published
You can also use the search bar to find a specific Post, or use the Date Picker to search for a specific date range of Posts that were edited, archived, created, or published during that time.

Create, Edit, Move, Duplicate & Publish
To create a Post, start by clicking the + Create Post button on your main Posts Panel.

Here, you'll be taken through a series of questions to initially set up your Post with some basic information, like Post name, author(s), Collection, etc.

Once you've made those selections, you'll be brought to the Post Info & Content page. Here you can edit more basic info, create your Post's content, and complete your Post with everything it needs.
Once you're done editing your Post, you can click the Exit button in the top left corner and choose either to Save & Close or Discard Changes. (You can also choose to Preview or Publish in the top right.)

To quickly edit a Post, while viewing all your Posts, simply click on the name of the Post in the table, or click Edit button on the far right of a Post.

Clicking the dropdown arrow right beside the Edit button, you'll see the options to the following:
- Edit
- Move to Collection
- Duplicate
- Publish
- Revert
- Archive
Clicking Move to Collection, you will be able to quickly move a Post to a different Collection than it currently belongs to.
When you Duplicate a Post, it allows you to start with a Post that already exists, and use it as a template for a new Post. You will be able to immediately choose the name, Collection, and date for the Post before editing it.

Clicking Publish will let you quickly publish the Post if it hasn't yet already been published. The same publishing options as when fully editing the Post will appear.

Revert, Archive & Delete Posts
In instances where you might have made a change to your Post, but never published those changes, Nucleus allows you to revert those changes back to what they were before you Saved & Exited the last time you edited the Post.
Simply click the dropdown arrow on the far right of a Post in that editing state, and click Revert.

In the same dropdown menu, clicking Archive will move the Post to the Archived section of Posts. This doesn't delete your Post, but it will unpublish your Post and remove it from the list of active Posts.

To view your archived Posts, click View Archived in the top right of the main Posts Panel.
To completely erase an Archived Post from existence, click the dropdown arrow on the far right of a Post, and select Delete.

If you want a Post to be re-accessible, click Unarchive from the dropdown menu.
